As Catholics, we are heirs to a remarkable heritage. The history of our Faith is so much more than a list of facts and dates. It is a fascinating story of adventure, rebellion, tragedy, and triumph. A story 2 centuries in the making, one word best describes Catholic history: EPIC.
Our next Adult Faith Formation program focuses on the past 2,000 years of Church history. Epic: A Journey through Church History is a captivating and fast-paced look at the story of the Catholic Church.
In the course of 20 sessions, participants gain an understanding of Church History by learning about the major people, places, and events that comprise the captivating story of Christianity.
So, join us for Epic: A Journey through Church History, beginning Thursday, October 21st at 7 p.m. We will pause after 7 sessions on December 2 and start up again on January 13th, finishing before Holy Week next year.
Given the ongoing COVID constraints on social distancing, this course will be delivered via ZOOM, which has worked well for us in the past year. We will deliver this course in two segments – 7 sessions this fall and the balance in the new year. The Study Guide covering the whole 20 week course is just $40.
